Latha is Chief Information Security Officer at Uber, where she oversees cybersecurity and privacy engineering for the company globally and its subsidiaries. Latha has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Manhattan College and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan. She is also on the Board of Directors at JupiterOne.
Prior to Uber, Latha was the Global CISO and Deputy CTO at News Corp. Latha was also a global business and technology executive at IBM. She helped shape the IBM Security division, has launched numerous highly profitable solutions globally, and led enterprise innovation initiatives. She has extensive experience in driving tech strategy, market research, product management, engineering, business development, and M&A.

Erkang Zheng is the founder and CEO of JupiterOne. Previously, he was CISO of LifeOmic and Head of Software Security at Fidelity Investments Personal Investing. He’s held several security practitioner roles at IBM, including Global Practices Leader, and GTM strategy and product management for Security Services.
Erkang earned a BS degree in computer science from North Carolina State University and a MS degree in computer science from North Carolina State University. He holds five patents, multiple industry certifications and is a regular speaker at major security conferences including RSA, BSides, and more.
